If you register to become a Member, we will endeavor to collect information from you about your business, such as trade name, addresses, contact information, personnel names and background. All such information becomes a part of the BDT database which may be accessed by entities and individuals that utilize our services. Additionally, you may submit bill of ladings, cartas de pjorte, rate confirmation agreements, contracts, financial statements, accounts receivable information, and other information about other businesses, such as names, addresses, and your trading experience with these businesses or individuals.

Similar information may be provided by others, members and non-members. BDT may use this business information to create or improve Products and Services (e.g., Business Profiles). BDT will not voluntarily disclose financial statements or the source of any accounts receivable or trade experience information you may provide without your permission.
